From warehouse to buyer

We own every piece we sell. That is the whole model, and it is why the grade on the label means something.

  1. 01

    We buy the container outright

Suppliers in the USA, Australia and Europe submit what they have. We review it, agree a price and buy it. No consignment, no commission split — once we buy, it is ours.

  2. 02

    It ships to our hub

Freight to KEPZ Karachi or Jebel Ali Dubai, tracked from collection to arrival. Logistics cost is recorded against the lot so every piece carries its true landed cost.

  3. 03

    Sorted, graded, labelled

Our hub teams open every bale, sort by category, grade each piece A, B or C against a fixed standard, and label it with a QR code tied to its lot and origin.

  4. 04

    Priced and published

We price per piece or per kilogram, publish to verified buyers, and group the best pieces into curated drops and auctions.

  5. 05

    You order, we ship

Order online or bid in an auction. We confirm, invoice on Net 30 terms, and ship from the hub nearest you with full tracking.

The grading standard

Every piece is graded by hand against the same three definitions, in the same hubs, by the same trained teams. A grade from us in March means what it meant in January.

GRADE A

Retail-ready

Shop-floor condition, no repairs needed.

No holes, no stains, no fading beyond what the piece is meant to have. Hardware works, seams are sound, labels are intact. These go straight onto a rail with a price tag.

Typically bought by: Vintage boutiques, curated online sellers, premium market stalls.

GRADE B

Commercial

Sound and sellable, with honest wear.

Light wear, small marks, or fading consistent with age. Nothing structural. Most buyers sell these as-is at a lower price point, or clean and press them into A-grade stock.

Typically bought by: Market traders, high-volume online sellers, regional wholesalers.

GRADE C

Workwear, rework and upcycle

Material value: repair, remake or cut.

Damage, heavy fading or missing hardware. Bought for the fabric, the hardware and the cut. The denim and workwear in this grade is often the most valuable to the right buyer.

Typically bought by: Rework studios, upcyclers, textile recyclers, repair-and-resell traders.

How selling to us works

Common questions

Do I need an account to see prices?

Yes. We trade with businesses only, so stock and prices are visible to approved accounts. Request access with your company details and we respond within 1–2 business days.

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 by bank transfer is standard for verified buyers, invoiced on confirmation. New accounts may start on payment before dispatch until a trading history is established. Ownership transfers on full payment.

Can I buy by weight instead of by piece?

Yes. Most categories are available both per piece and per kilogram. Mixed bales are sold by weight only. Each listing shows both prices where they apply.

What is your minimum order?

There is a minimum order value rather than a minimum piece count, so you can order a small quantity of high-value pieces or a large quantity of bale stock. The current minimum is shown at checkout.

What if the goods are not as described?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. If the goods materially differ from their grade or description we will replace, credit or refund them. Grading is a judgement made to a published standard, so minor variation within a grade is expected.

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship from KEPZ Karachi and Jebel Ali Dubai to buyers worldwide, most often the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Freight is quoted per order based on weight and destination.

Trade accounts are approved by hand.

Tell us who you are and what you buy. We review every application and reply within 1–2 business days.
