For UK buyers

Supplying UK vintage traders, with the landed cost explained up front.

The UK is one of our largest buyer markets: boutiques, market traders, online sellers and rework studios. The stock is the same as everywhere else. What changes is freight, duty and how long it takes — so here is all of it in advance.

Getting stock into the UK

We ship from our hubs in Karachi and Dubai. Dubai is the usual route for UK orders, because free-zone handling keeps transit times and paperwork down.

You are the importer of record. That means UK import VAT and any duty are payable by you on arrival, and your freight forwarder or customs agent handles clearance. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and weights they will ask for.

We quote freight per order based on weight and destination rather than hiding it in the piece price, so you can see exactly what the stock costs on your floor.

Work out your landed cost before you order

The four numbers that decide whether an order makes money.

  • Stock price, per piece or per kilogram.
  • Freight to your door, quoted per order.
  • Import VAT and any duty, payable on arrival in the UK.
  • Clearance and handling charged by your forwarder.
  • Add them, divide by the expected sellable pieces, and compare that with your average selling price — not with the headline price per kilo.

What UK buyers order most

American denim

Levi’s and Wrangler remain the strongest sellers in UK vintage, online and on market stalls.

Work jackets and chore coats

Consistent year-round demand and a high margin per piece.

Branded sportswear

Sweatshirts and tees from US college and sports brands, usually bought by weight.

Grade C for rework

A growing share of our UK orders, going to studios repairing and remaking denim.

How an order runs

  1. 01

    We buy the container outright

Suppliers in the USA, Australia and Europe submit what they have. We review it, agree a price and buy it. No consignment, no commission split — once we buy, it is ours.

  2. 02

    It ships to our hub

Freight to KEPZ Karachi or Jebel Ali Dubai, tracked from collection to arrival. Logistics cost is recorded against the lot so every piece carries its true landed cost.

  3. 03

    Sorted, graded, labelled

Our hub teams open every bale, sort by category, grade each piece A, B or C against a fixed standard, and label it with a QR code tied to its lot and origin.

  4. 04

    Priced and published

We price per piece or per kilogram, publish to verified buyers, and group the best pieces into curated drops and auctions.

  5. 05

    You order, we ship

Order online or bid in an auction. We confirm, invoice on Net 30 terms, and ship from the hub nearest you with full tracking.

Common questions

How long does delivery to the UK take?

Sea freight from Dubai is typically several weeks door to door, depending on the carrier, the port and clearance. Air freight is faster and far more expensive, and only makes sense for high-value per-piece orders. We give an estimated arrival on every shipment and update it if it moves.

Do you handle customs clearance for me?

No. You are the importer of record and your forwarder or customs agent clears the goods. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and weights they need, and we have done this often enough to answer questions if yours gets stuck.

Can I pay in pounds?

Trade sales are priced and invoiced in US dollars, which is the currency the vintage trade runs on. Your bank converts on payment. We can state the dollar total in advance so you can fix your own rate.

Do you have a UK warehouse?

Not at present. Our hubs are in Karachi and Dubai, which is how we keep the price competitive. Everything ships direct from there to you.

Ask for a landed-cost quote.

Tell us the categories, the grade and roughly the volume, and we will quote the stock and the freight to your postcode so you can do the maths before committing.
